Sherrie Krampel – Managing Director
Sherrie established Total Health Choice in 2011 with specific emphasis on providing a warm, personal physiotherapy experience for elderly and less mobile individuals in the comfort of their home.
Her passion has always been to help those in need and THP’s values of Trust, Compassion and Care are also the values Sherrie abides by in her personal life.

Sherrie Graduated from La Trobe University in 2003 and worked in private practice. Whilst she loved working as a Physiotherapist she felt she needed to find a purpose and founded Total Health Choice as she felt that working with vulnerable people meant she could really make a difference to their quality of life by developing meaningful relationships and providing outstanding care.
Sherrie’s purpose is to ensure each member of her team goes above and beyond patient expectations to achieve the desired outcome. She loves the notion of her team putting a smile on the faces of her patients while helping them achieve their functional goals through rehabilitation.
When not working Sherrie loves spending time with her family going for runs, bike rides and kicking the footy with her boys.

Julia – Occupational Therapy Clinical Manager
Julia graduated from La Trobe University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy. Throughout her studying, she worked at Melbourne Football Club as a Sports Trainer.
Julia is THP’s incredible Team Leader and mentors and guides the OT team with her impressive leadership qualities.
She has extensive experience working in the NDIS and primarily focuses on SIL, SDA and other housing assessments and has had a high success rate through her extensive reports, transparency and attention to detail.

Julia also thoroughly enjoys completing home modification requests with a primary focus on bathrooms.
She is an expert in making the lives of her participants’ easier by prescribing assistive technology (e.g low cost items, mechanical beds, recliner chairs, wheelchairs, mobility scooters) to optimise their day to day living.
Julia has always been interested in health and fitness and this has led to her career choice in Occupational Therapy. Growing up, she competed at state levels in athletics and swimming. In more recent years, she was fortunate to be a part of the emerging Women’s AFL League and still plays for a local community club.
Julia is passionate about volunteering and from a young age has contributed to a number of causes close to her heart, including working as a first responder on ambulances overseas.

Loren – Clinical Manager
Loren is our Clinical Operations Manager at THP, graduating from Auckland University of Technology in 2011. Loren has extensive experience working across many different areas of physiotherapy including; private practice, hydrotherapy, aged care and community. Over the past seven years Loren has moved into leadership/ management positions within the aged care and community sector.
Loren’s excited to be part of the THP family and supporting the team to ensure each client/ participant is receiving the best quality services and care from each of our clinicians.

Devana Thevanesan – Senior Physiotherapist
Dev graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2015 and has worked with the elderly ever since. She is not only a passionate advocate for the elderly population but is also the NDIS Coordinator for Total Health Choice and manages the THP social media platforms.

Dev is compassionate and caring which is the foundation of Total Health Choice’s core values and she has an incredible way of connecting with her patients to help them achieve optimal outcomes. She recognises the importance of tailoring her treatment approach to integrate individual circumstances in order to meet patient-specific goals.
Dev manages the diverse team at THP to assist their patients pursue their goals and live a meaningful and independent life.

Chaya Greenbaum – Occupational Therapy Team Leader
Chaya Greenbaum is a Senior Occupational Therapist at Total Health Choice, specialising in NDIS and aged care assessments, home modifications, assistive technology (AT), and equipment prescription.
She graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne in 2014 and has since dedicated her career to empowering clients to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. Megan graduated with a masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2010. Since then, she has worked in private practice, acute care, and rehabilitation before moving from Canada to Australia.
Megan has spent over ten years providing physiotherapy services to clients in aged care and the community. She is passionate about helping clients reach their goals. Megan is empathetic, caring, and strives to provide personalized care to all of her clients.

Megan has completed further study in a number of areas including hydrotherapy, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and gerontology. She loves learning and putting into practice the new skills that she is taught.
Outside of work, Megan’s time is spent with her husband and two little boys. She also volunteers with a local community playhouse and enjoys pilates, yoga, and reading (when she has the time)!

Kevin enjoys the ability to spend quality time to work with and get to know his patients thus achieving better outcomes on their overall function. He has an emphasis on educating his patients on the rationale behind various choices of treatments and often combines an exercise/activity based approach to achieve the patient’s goals. He has a particular interest in working with individuals with dementia as he has a special way of connecting with these patients, building a relationship of trust thus allowing them to respond to him and get the most positive outcomes on their function.
In his spare time, Kevin is often a part-time handyman taking part in various renovations or building projects, or is keeping fit with Kung Fu (martial arts) – his sport of choice.

Jojo graduated from Monash University in 2015. Since graduating she has gained vast experience working in aged care and in the community. Jojo grew up in Hong Kong. She is fluent in Cantonese and English, she also speaks Mandarin.
Jojo is passionate about working with people with disabilities and the elderly to maximise their independence as well as safety in daily living, as this allows them to participate in meaningful activities to promote quality of life. She has a particular interest in assistive technology and home modifications.

Joyce completed her Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University in 2021. Her main training was in both acute hospital and rehabilitation settings which has provided her with the skills to apply a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches to her patients.
Joyce has a special interest in neurological conditions and she loves to explore different treatment options for different clients and conditions, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Vatche – Physiotherapy Clinical Supervisor
Vatche graduated from Melbourne University in 2015 and began his career working in aged care and private practice, treating a varied musculoskeletal caseload and instructing clinical and fitness Pilates classes.
Vatche worked in the aged care setting for a total of 5 years and worked his way up to a senior therapist position, leading a small team of therapists across multiple facilities before moving into the NDIS space.

Vatche really enjoys getting to know his patients on a personal level and building strong connections with them. He believes that this is a key part of working with them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. He also enjoys the challenge of having to adapt his therapy provision to suit the needs of his patients broad backgrounds and often complex medical histories.
In his free time, Vatche likes to keep busy with DIY projects around the home and garden, and likes to think of himself as somewhat of a handyman. He also enjoys catching up with friends and family and keeping active.

Monica graduated as an Exercise Physiologist in February 2022 from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney and then made the move to Melbourne in April this year. During her placements she particularly enjoyed working with both elderly individuals and those with a disability, helping them achieve better quality of life through a focus on exercise and overall well-being.

As the Physiotherapy Team Leader, Steven has a wealth of experience, alongside a friendly and patient-centred approach – all important attributes for providing top quality care for his clients. In addition to providing physiotherapy services to those within the community, Steven is also an experienced trainer in manual handling, providing education and training to various businesses and individuals who need to upskill their practices for a safer work environment.

Aniket is an overseas trained physiotherapist who completed his masters in sports physiotherapy in 2012 and has around 8 years of aged care and private practice experience in Victoria. Working as an ICU therapist in hospitals overseas, he has a special interest towards cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
He is passionate towards helping his patients achieve their goals. In his spare time, Aniket enjoys spending time with family, friends and loves to cook.
Manu – Physiotherapist
Manu earned his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Melbourne after completing his bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports science. It equipped him with various skills for targeted therapy for the people who need it the most.
During his University years, Manu had varied placement experience in acute, subacute settings in the hospital and in the community. The placements confirmed his passion for working with elderly people and people with disabilities. It gives him joy and fulfillment when he sees them achieve their personal and community goals and brings a positive outcome in their lives.
He always believed that exercise prescription and therapy can bring immense change holistically in an individual’s life at any given stage of a person’s lifespan.
Gabi – Occupational Therapist
Gabi graduated from Monash University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She completed placements in a range of community settings including adults with movement disorders, falls prevention and mental health along with paediatrics.
Gabi’s exposure to a broad range of disabilities and clients enhanced her passion for working in a community setting and helping clients maintain their independence.

Rody – Physiotherapist
Rody graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland with a (Hons) Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022. He has recently relocated to Melbourne from Tipperary in Ireland.
His post graduate experience has consisted of almost 2 years of rotations in acute hospital wards in St. Vincent’s Private, Dublin. The specialties he has worked in include orthopaedics, cardiorespiratory, oncology, high dependency and post surgical rehab.

Total Health Choice has a very vibrant team that have contributed to our culture in their own way.
We all feel that we have a greater purpose and that is to make a difference to the quality of life and wellbeing of our patients. Whilst we are a relatively small team, we have continued to grow and greater serve the community.
